Most items shouldn't need to be washed, but if it ever comes up:

Items made with acrylic yarn can be put in the washer on a delicate cycle, but the water should not exceed a temperature of 104°F/40°C. It can be put in the dryer on low heat (although we recommend letting it air dry instead), but cannot be ironed or bleached.

Items made with cotton yarn (mini dishcloths, for example) can be put in the washer on a delicate cycle not exceeding 80°F/30°C. It can be put in the dryer on a delicate cycle with low heat, but cannot be ironed, bleached, or dry cleaned.

As a child, our owner's eczema flared because they didn't know what type of detergent was best for their sensitive skin.

As an adult, our owner understands issues with sensitive skin and does not want any other people to deal with flare ups. We do not prewash items before sending them out in case the detergent we use is not compatible with our customers' sensitive skin.

We strive to get orders out as soon as we can, but made to order items do take some time. This depends on the item, but any waiting times will be posted in each product description.

Yes. All of our shipping options are calculated depending on the carrier, so all you need to do is input your address and preferred shipping method.

While we try to get orders to you as soon as possible, shipping is a process entirely based off of which service you choose. We can get your item(s) to the service as soon as next day, but the amount of time it takes for your item to ship depends entirely on which option you choose at checkout and how far your item needs to travel.

We will accept return requests up to 15 days after the sale of the item(s). You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

We ship through the customer's choice of either DHL, UPS, or USPS.

As a customer, you may choose the shipping carrier and the shipping method. We will follow your choices as we ship out your item.

Oh no! Contact us if a few days have gone by after your order was supposed to arrive and we'll look into it.

If we find that we cannot locate your package, we will discuss with you the next steps, whether that be a refund or a new package being sent out.

Unfortunately, we do not accept changes to orders once they have been placed.

Contact us explaining the situation and we can figure out together how to fix this (whether it is cancelling the original order or creating a second order to add new items), but we will not edit an existing order.
